4) Understanding TaskAdmin
At first glance, TaskAdmin may seem like a lot of information. The secret to quickly understanding TaskAdmin is to simply see it as being divided in two sections. The first section has 4 steps that all deal with Taskflow-suggest. The second section only starts after Taskflow-suggest has been submitted and approved. It has 6 steps that all deal with completing the project. Now let’s just run through the 4 steps of the first section and the 6 steps of the second section.
First Section
Step 1:
A task is assigned to a Task-helper and the Task-helper has 48 hours to accept the task. TaskAdmin sends a notification to alert the Task-helper about the task assignment. The Task-helper must consider the following important points before accepting the task:
a) Make sure you are clear on what the requirements are. See task details.
b) Make sure you have the three important skills that the Task-owner listed as required.
c) Make sure you can complete and submit Taskflow-suggest on time.
d) Make sure you can complete and submit the project on time.
TaskAdmin will remind the Task-helper about accepting the assigned task after 24 hours has elapsed.
If the 48 hour time limit expires, TaskAdmin will reassign the project to another Task-helper.
Step 2:
After a Task-helper has accepted the task, the Task-helper has 72 hours to complete and submit a Taskflow-suggest to the Task-owner. Taskflow-suggest is a list of tasks a Task-helper plans to do in order to complete a project. A Task-helper may not start working on the project until at least one Taskflow-suggest has been made into a task or approved. A project may have up to a maximum of 100 Taskflow-suggests.
Step 3:
TaskAdmin gives a Task-helper the option to request more time if needed. An additional time is available in a block of 72 hours. The time limit allocated for time extension is 72 hours. At this point, completing and submitting Taskflow-suggest is considered to be in orange. If the 72 hour time extension expires, TaskAdmin will reassign the project to another Task-helper and the original Task-helper's account will generally be put on inactive status and will no longer be eligible to receive any more new projects.
Step 4:
After Taskflow-suggest has been submitted, TaskAdmin sends the Task-owner a notification to make Taskflow-suggest into a task or basically give approval within a 72 hour time limit. If the 72 hour time limit expires, TaskAdmin will attempt to automatically make Taskflow-suggest into a task provided that the Task-owner's account has funds or "remaining tasks".
That’s it for the first section of TaskAdmin. Now let’s run through the 6 steps in the second section of TaskAdmin.
Basically the amount of time that the Task-helper has to work on the project depends on the number of tasks in the project. A project may have up to a maximum of 100 tasks in project.
Step 1:
If the number of tasks in a project is between 2 to 25, the Task-helper will have up to 2 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Step 2:
If the number of tasks in a project is between 26 to 50, the Task-helper will have up to 4 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Step 3:
If the number of tasks in a project is between 51 to 75, the Task-helper will have up to 6 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Step 4:
If the number of tasks in a project is between 76 to 100, the Task-helper will have up to 8 blocks of 72 hours to complete the project.
Step 5:
TaskAdmin gives a Task-helper the option to request more time if needed. An additional time is available in a block of 72 hours. The time limit allocated for time extension is 72 hours. At this point, completing and submitting the project is considered to be in orange. If the 72 hour time extension expires, TaskAdmin will reassign the project to another Task-helper and the original Task-helper's account will generally be put on inactive status and will no longer be eligible to receive any more new projects.
Step 6:
After a project has been completed and submitted, TaskAdmin sends the Task-owner a notification to approve the project within a 72 hour time limit. If the 72 hour time limit expires, TaskAdmin will attempt to automatically approve the project.
